We currently ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, Germany, and France.More destinations will be available soon.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Free Shipping on All Orders We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We believe in making our handcrafted energy pieces accessible to everyone, everywhere.

Promotions & Updates We occasionally run special event promotions or launch new collections—stay tuned to our newsletter for the latest updates!

Shipping Details While shipping is free, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your shipping location. We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Even for promotional products, our free shipping policy still applies.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = order processing time + shipping time
(excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances)

Wrong Shipping Information
If you accidentally entered incorrect shipping information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours of placing your order.

Please note: it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Once processed and shipped, we are unable to redirect orders.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime via the “Track My Order” in your order confirmation email.

5. Why is my tracking info not updating yet?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be generated and uploaded to your order page.

Please note that for international shipments, it can take 3-5 business days for packages to reach the international shipping center. During this time, there may be no tracking updates available. The shipping information will appear once the package arrives at the international center and is scanned.

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
